Planning appeal over Woodfield House banqueting hall conversion
A planning appeal is to be heard about Harrow Council's refusal of November 8 to grant planning permission for the change of use of the first and second floors of Woodfield House in Honeypot Lane from warehouse and office to a banqueting hall.
Appellant Mr Pindoria has requested the appeal be dealt with by the Planning Inspectorate by written representations and argues the conversion would bring back an vacant and surplus office building into use.
