Nine flats could be built on Edgware car park site

EDGWARE: A part three and part four-storey block of nine flats could be built on a triangular-shaped car park plot behind 9 Methuen Close that once served neighbouring Spring Villa Business Park.

Applicant Boldhurst Properties lodged plans with Harrow Council for the development comprising one one-bed, seven two-bed and one three-bed apartments, communal garden and 14 parking spaces.
