Solar panels will be installed by March 2 at Barnet Football Club's training facility The Hive in Camrose Avenue to generate the majority of the 44-acre football centre's electrical power.
The League Two side has invested £400,000 in 800 panels to be placed on the centre's main building in order to power the offices, changing rooms, training and dining facilities while stored energy will light the floodlights of the two sets of all-weather pitches in the evening.
