Stanmore Park by-election to be held on Thursday July 28

THE by-election for the vacant Harrow Council seat in Stanmore Park ward, caused by Conservative councillor Mark Versallion's resignation on June 7, will be held on Thursday July 28.
Mr Versallion, 39, stepped down after he won a seat in May's local elections on Central Bedfordshire Council where he lives and was handed the children's services portfolio.
