TWENTY new 'extra care' homes, self-contained two-bed maisonettes for over-55s who require some day-to-day assistance, could be built alongside a community hall at Kestrel Grove Nursing Home in Hive Road, Bushey.
The plans to replace the paddock on the Green Belt site, which lies within Stanmore Park ward, were registered with Harrow Council on April 12.
