Witness statements will be delivered next week to the inquiry investigating the death of Azelle Rodney outside an Edgware pub six years ago.
The victim, a 24-year-old expectant father from Harrow, was fatally shot in Hale Lane by an armed police officer on April 30 2005 during a drugs sting.
